Rhys Miller

Rhys Miller is an Admissions Fellow and Residential Advisor at SEGL in DC. She recently graduated from Vassar College where she majored in Political Science and minored in Educational Studies. While at Vassar, she conducted research in local high schools analyzing employees' perceptions of school security apparatuses and their roles in reinforcing normative hierarchies. She also worked as an intern at the Admissions Office, served as a Co-president of Vassar Hunger Action, and musically directed an a cappella group. She worked in a student-support capacity for two years in the Office of Residential Life, where she was a Student Fellow and House Student Advisor.
