Qwynn Foster

Qwynn Foster is an Ethics and Leadership Teaching Fellow and Residential Advisor at SEGL in London. Raised in Florida and shaped by a deep commitment to growth, freedom, and clarity, Qwynn pursued a degree in Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University. During college, Qwynn served as an Interfaith Scholar and a residential advisor, and they also worked as a Culture and Belonging intern at Nissan. Most recently, Qwynn interned at Amplitude, blending research, strategy, and data storytelling to drive product adoption within the company’s startup program. Qwynn is passionate about projects that value nuanced perspectives and challenge the status quo. In their free time, Qwynn enjoys hiking, researching herbal medicine, and reading authors like James Baldwin and Kiese Laymon.
