Spring 2026: Washington, DC
January 24 - May 23, 2026
The School for Ethics and Global Leadership (SEGL) is a boarding semester for America's top high school students. This spring, 25 exceptional juniors and seniors will live together on Capitol Hill—studying ethics, engaging with world leaders, and tackling the problems that matter most.
Why SEGL?
Keep your GPA. You'll earn a full semester of credit for your AP/Honors courses, staying on track with your home school. Your transcript stays strong while you're gaining experiences most students only dream about.
Stand out to colleges. SEGL graduates attend Harvard, Yale, Brown, Stanford, and other top universities. Admissions officers recognize SEGL as a mark of intellectual curiosity, leadership, and courage.
Tackle real problems with real leaders. You won't just read about climate policy, refugee crises, or social justice—you'll meet with MPs, activists, and diplomats who are shaping these issues right now.
Live with 24 students who get it. Your cohort will become lifelong friends. They are the people who will challenge and inspire you, who understand what it means to care deeply about making the world better.
This isn't a vacation. This isn't resume padding. This is the semester that changes how you see yourself and what you believe is possible.
