Miles Sterling
Miles is an Ethics and Leadership Teaching Fellow and Residential Advisor at SEGL in London. He received his Associate of Arts from Oxford College of Emory University before receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Emory in History and Politics, Philosophy, and Law (PPL). At Oxford, he worked as a student teacher for the First Year Learning to Lead course, an Orientation Leader, and an Ambassador for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Once moving on to Emory’s Atlanta campus, he continued his work as an Orientation Leader and furthered his connections to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as a facilitator for the Office of LGBT Life, a role which granted him numerous awards and recognitions. Between school years, he worked at the Summer Institute at The Taft School in Connecticut as a dorm parent, coach, and teacher of English and Public Speaking. When not working with students, Miles enjoys volunteering with animals, exploring new places, and reading.
